Narwell was born from the union of two cultures—Europe and Latin America—and inspired by a place called “Narouel” in northeastern France, known for its harmony, peace, and natural beauty. That same spirit lives at the heart of our tours: a celebration of authenticity, nature, and culture.

Our Story
Narwell has always been a hands-on, heart-led company. Founded in Manta, Ecuador, by French entrepreneur Elsa Cuny, who fell in love with the region, Narwell began with a vision: to offer private cruise excursions and day tours rooted in sustainability and local authenticity.
Elsa crafted each experience with care, adapting itineraries to travelers’ needs and working with knowledgeable local guides to create moments that mattered.
In 2015, Gabriel Solórzano, an Ecuadorian native of Manta, joined the team, bringing fresh ideas and a deep passion for responsible travel. Backed by a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management, Gabriel blends academic insight with local expertise, helping Narwell grow without losing its soul.
By the end of 2017, Elsa returned to France, and Gabriel—her kindred spirit in purpose—took over ownership, continuing Narwell’s journey with the same dedication to excellence and sustainability.
Today, Narwell offers unforgettable shore excursions that connect travelers with Ecuador’s vibrant soul—one meaningful journey at a time.

Unique Tours
Our tours are tailored to showcase Manta’s diversity in a short amount of time, with unique and exclusive options.
Great Transportation
For groups 2-4, Hyundai H1 Vans, and for groups 5-9 we use Volkswagen Crafter vehicles. For groups 10 to 16 people, we use Mercedez Benz Vans or Equal with Room for 17 people. All our vehicles are equipped so you can have a safe and comfortable experience
Local Guides
Our guides are all experienced and have grown up in the region, so they can provide you with the authentic local experience that you’re seeking.
