The itinerary

Casa Rosada classic breakie

We will have a local breakfast with a delicious fresh grounded coffee harvested on the hills of our country side. This beautiful building “Casa Rosada” was built in 1918 and is part of Manta’s cultural heritage. Its walls are full of memories and history of our beloved city.

Local Markets

After that energizing coffee, it’s time to head towards the city’s main markets.

The fish market is directly linked to the city history and economic growth. At the Fish Market, a renowned chef will meet you and take you to the best spots to buy the freshest fish. If required by the chef, we will visit the general market of “Los Esteros,” this market was rebuilt after the earthquake we had in the year 2016.

Cooking Class and Lunch

The chef will teach you step by step how to cook our famous ceviche with a touch of gourmet fusion. Et voila! Time to enjoy the food and share some laughs.

The best Craft Beers of Ecuador in one place

A food tour is not complete until we say cheers with a local beer. To finalize, we will go towards to Lúpulo Beer Garden, where you will find the best craft beers in Ecuador. We will have a beer tasting, a final instant to say goodbye, and cheers for the good moments and new friends!
