We are based in Manta year-round. Our guides know the port, the traffic, and the terminal procedures — and they track departure time throughout the entire tour.
If a ship’s schedule changes — earlier departure, delayed arrival — we know before you do, and we adjust your itinerary accordingly.
What if my ship changes its departure time at the last minute?
We monitor real-time schedule updates for every ship we serve. If a departure moves earlier, we shorten or adjust the itinerary on the spot to keep your margin intact.
What happens if I am delayed for a reason outside your control?
Our guides build in enough buffer to absorb normal delays — traffic, weather, a slower group pace. In the rare case a serious delay happens, our guides know the fastest route back and stay in direct contact with the terminal.
Do private tours get less priority than shared groups?
No. Every tour, private or shared, is planned with the same return-time buffer and the same guide attentiveness to the clock.
What if we miss the ship?
If you miss your ship because of a delay caused by us — our guide running late, a vehicle issue, or a scheduling error on our part — we will cover reasonable costs to help you rejoin your cruise at the next port. This does not cover delays outside our control, such as a ship changing its schedule, immigration or customs processing, or a guest arriving late to the all-aboard call after drop-off at the cruise terminal.
